After this period, the winner will no longer be able to claim their prize.

6.3 In the event that a selected entrant fails to comply with any of the conditions set out above, or any other condition set out in these rules, they will be disqualified and the Competition Organiser may, at its discretion, cancel the prize or hold a new draw for that prize, until a new entrant is selected and declared the winner of the Prize.

7. General Terms and Conditions

7.1 Verification. Entries are subject to verification by the Competition Organiser. Any entry or attempted entry that is, as the case may be, fraudulent, illegible, incomplete, received late or non-compliant with these rules will be rejected and will not entitle the entrant, as the case may be, to registration or a prize.

7.2 Non-compliant entries. The Competition Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any person or to cancel one or more entries submitted by any person taking part in this competition or attempting to take part in a manner that contravenes these rules, or which is unfair to other entrants (e.g. entries exceeding the permitted limit, hacking, etc.). Such a person may be reported to the relevant legal authorities. The Contest Organiser’s decision in this regard is final and binding.

7.5 Refusal to accept the Prize. If a selected entrant refuses to accept the Prize in accordance with these rules, the Competition Organiser shall be released from any obligation towards that entrant in relation to the Prize. In such a case, the Competition Organiser may, at its discretion, cancel the Prize or conduct a new draw until an entrant is selected and declared the winner.

7.6 Limitation of Liability – Use of the Prize. The winner of the Prize releases the Competition Organiser, its members, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and their employees, agents and representatives from any liability in respect of any damage, harm or loss that the winner may suffer as a result of accepting or using the Prize. 7.9 Force majeure – industrial action. The Competition Organiser, its members, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, their employees, agents and representatives shall not be liable in any way whatsoever in any instance where their inability to act results from a fact or situation beyond their control or from a strike, lock-out or any other labour dispute at their premises or at the premises of the organisations or companies whose services are used to run the Contest.
